At Kookukart, we strive to deliver high-quality products. However, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following condition:
Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
- Returns or exchanges are only applicable if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the defect.
How to Request:
- Email us at kookukart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Attach:
- Unboxing video
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
Important Notes:
- No returns/exchanges will be accepted without video proof.
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Resolution:
- After verification, we will offer:
- Replacement (preferred) or
- Refund (if replacement not available)
