At Kookukart, we strive to deliver high-quality products. However, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following condition:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • Returns or exchanges are only applicable if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the defect.

How to Request:

  • Email us at kookukart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Attach:
    • Unboxing video
    • Order ID
    • Description of the issue

Important Notes:

  • No returns/exchanges will be accepted without video proof.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Resolution:

  • After verification, we will offer:
    • Replacement (preferred) or
    • Refund (if replacement not available)
